MANAGEMENT

Liz Pence is President of  DRS Management, LLC. Mrs. Pence has been in multifamily property management since 2002. She has been responsible for multi-site management, marketing, financial reporting, budget building, Section 42 compliance, capital needs assessments, payable processing, technical support, and more.

Mrs. Pence received her Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designations with the National Apartment Association.

Mrs. Pence has been directly involved in the acquisition, development, management, lease-up and renovation of communities throughout her career.

Mrs. Pence is currently an active member of the Apartment Association of Kansas City and the National Apartment Association.
